In Europe, a pre -order of new generation of gaming laptops was launched, which combined the AMD fire weather processors with the Zen 5 -architecture and the Nvidia RTX 50 series. Despite the AMD announcement about the start of the sale only in the first half of 2025 and Nvidia – about the delivery of GPU since March, configurations with top components, including exclusive cooling systems, are already available.
The Vlaggenschiplijn contains models with 16-core processors Ryzen 9 9955HX and 9955HX3D, the latter is equipped with 144 MB Cachege memory thanks to 3D V-Cache technology. This promises a significant increase in games and resource -intensive tasks. With a collaboration with NVIDIA you can combine these CPUs with GPU RTX 5070 TI, 5080 and 5090, and TGP video cards exceed the default values for example, RTX 5090 works on 175 Watt instead of 150 Watts, which can increase the FPS with 10-15 with 10-15 %.
The minimum configuration only includes 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD, which can be a narrow place for modern projects. Laptops offer screens with a frequency of up to 300 Hz and a brightness of 500 threads, but are deprived of Thunderbolt 4, which limits the USB-C 10 GB/s. The starting price of the system with Ryzen 9955HX3D and RTX 5070 TI – € 2,526 (approximately 259,000 rubles), while the top version with RTX 5090 is estimated at € 3,860 (approximately 396,000 rubles).
Despite the open pre -order, the exact data of supplies are not mentioned. This creates risks for those who expect to get a device for launching RTX 50 in March. Nevertheless, these laptops can for enthusiasts who are ready to invest in the “Iron of the Future”, in 2025 an asset, mainly taking into account the potential of Zen 5 and 3D V-Cache.
