As you know, at CES 2025 Genki showed a mockup of the Nintendo Switch 2 and a range of accessories for this console, which has not yet been officially announced. Nintendo later commented on this situation, stating that the equipment presented was unofficial.
Gaming hardware that Genki claims is Nintendo hardware at CES is not official and not supplied by Nintendo.

For his part, French journalist Julien Tellouck said that Nintendo had even sent its lawyers to the Genki booth at CES 2025.

I spoke to a man from Genki who was standing right behind me. He told me that Nintendo had already sent them lawyers. But Genki has nothing to worry about as it has never signed any documents with Nintendo, no confidentiality agreements and no NDA (non-disclosure agreement).
Media reports indicate that Genki withdrew from CES 2025 a day early. In addition, the company also revealed that the layout is based on an unofficial design obtained from third-party sources and not from Nintendo itself.
It’s worth noting that neither Nintendo representatives nor Genki employees have officially commented on the lawyer information yet, and therefore it should be interpreted with a degree of skepticism.
