Honorary President of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Vyacheslav Koloskov said that domestic football is not stagnating “Championship”.
“I said we have a great championship, good conditions, great stadiums. Mostly the crowds are well attended, talented players are emerging,” Koloskov said.
