Palmer is an American ring girl, model and artist. She is best known for her work in the UFC Octagon. She received the Ring Card Girl of the Year award at the World MMA Awards in 2012, 2013, 2019 and 2022.
She began her career in the performing arts dancing professionally in the Jubilee show at Bally’s Las Vegas and X Burlesque at Flamingo Las Vegas. In 2012, Palmer appeared on the cover of Playboy’s March issue, becoming the third ring girl to do so after Rachelle Leah and Arianny Celeste.

Vanzant made her MMA debut on June 30, 2012, defeating American Jordan Nicole Gaza. This fight ended in a split decision.
