Khimki coach said the team received the money 04/02/2024, 21:41

Andrei Talalaev, coach of Khimki near Moscow, criticized the organization of the match against Yenisey in the First League. His words are quoted “Match TV”.

“The draw was held and they told us that we would play on April 2, but we have everything ready for April 31. We didn’t just get the money. Neither the league nor the organizers of the Russian Cup are a privately owned club, by the way. We must protect and value because everyone is in favor of as many people as possible bringing private capital into Russian football,” Talalaev said.

Khimki faced Yenisey in Krasnoyarsk as part of the 25th round of the First League on March 30. The match started at 08:00 Moscow time and ended with a crushing 4:1 victory for the home team.

On April 2, Khimki will host Rostov in Khimki in the Russian Cup Road of Regions quarter-final match.

After 25 weeks of competition in the First League, Andrei Talalaev’s team collected 42 points and shares the first place with Akron Tolyatti. Dinamo Makhachkala and Arsenal Tula have one point less.

Previously Dynamo appeared Reached the semi-finals of the Russian Cup Road of Regions.
