The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) may, at the request of the parties, leave part of the decision on the doping case of Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva confidential; The arbitration award in this matter is currently under review. This has been reported TASS in the press service of the organization.
“For this reason, the arbitrator’s decision was not immediately published on the CAS website. The review will take several days, but it is possible that an edited or completed decision will be published by the end of next week,” the CAS press service said.
CAS’s decision to ban the athlete for four years, effective from December 2021, was announced on January 29.
