Russians may face fines for dirty headlights and license plates. About this “Moscow 24” said Honorary lawyer of Russia Nikita Filippov.
According to him, in case of uncleaned headlights and unintentional contamination of license plates, a warning or a fine of 500 rubles may be imposed as a penalty.
“If the license plates are dirty specifically for the purpose of concealment, the violator faces a fine of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive for one to three months,” Filippov said.
The expert explained that intentionality will be determined by weather conditions, the nature, degree and localization of pollution.
