Former Spartak defender Andrei Eshchenko talked about judicial battles with the state for his apartment. His words are quoted “Match TV”.

“Did you manage to resolve the issue of repossession of the apartment in a positive way? NO. The court did not accept our petitions. The state has already bought one flat, now it is buying the second one. They want to evacuate people, but there are some nuances: The child lives with his mother, but according to the law he cannot be evacuated.

The truth is, just like with lawyers, you cannot get your money back for an apartment. The only thing left is to forget this story like a nightmare and buy another house,” Yeshchenko said.

The defender is a graduate of Irkutsk Zenit. During his career, he managed to play for Dynamo Kiev and Arsenal, Dnepr, Lokomotiv Moscow, Anzhi, Kuban and Dinamo Moscow teams. Yeshchenko’s last club was Znamya. He retired in 2022. Now Eshchenko is the head of the youth football development program in Kuban.

Yeshchenko played for Spartak from 2016 to 2021. As part of the red-white team, he became the champion of Russia (2016/17) and the winner of the country’s Super Cup.

Previously Yeshchenko saidHe said he bought the car to pay off his debts.
