“Motivation and concentration decided everything; these turned out to be higher among Akhmat players. They took advantage of the scoring opportunities they had. Although Spartak had an advantage in shots on goal, their quality was not at the highest level. In such matches, the one who makes fewer mistakes in defense always wins. “Akhmat’s concentration was higher during defensive actions, and this helped them achieve results,” Gladilin said.
