What are you waiting for?! It’s time to have your say in football’s only fan-driven vote to determine who is the best player in the world.

He GOAL50 he’s back! Just under a year after Lionel Messi claimed a record sixth victory, he moved closer to his old rival Cristiano Ronaldothe Argentinian is again in the race for the title.

However, Messi will face stiff competition from players like Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland, Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and Mohamed Salah in the only fan-driven football vote to become the best player in the world.

As usual, GOAL has shortlisted the 50 best male and female footballers based on their performances during the previous season, in this case the 2022-2023 campaign. Now it’s up to you to decide the winners.

You will be presented with a series of matchups randomly selected from each category. There are 2,450 possible matchups and the players with the most votes will be crowned the winners GOAL50 by 2023.

Surveys will be open from X to Y (Insert dates if confirmed!) and this year there is a prize draw open to all participants.
