In a revealing exclusive lecture for TUDNthe star ahead of the Águilas del América, Julian Quinonesconfessed that he had received a tempting proposal from the emblematic André-Pierre Gignac return to Tigers during the Clausura 2023 tournament, after Quiñones’ excellent performances in the Rojinegros del Atlas and which led him to the two-time Liga MX championship.
This revelation comes to light following Julián’s recent debut with the Mexican national team during the matches against Honduras in the quarter-finals of the Concacaf Nations League.
During the interview, the talented Colombian forward shared details about the offer from Gignac, who tried to persuade him to wear the Tigres shirt again. The exchange between both footballers took place while Diego Cocca was leading the cats team.
