Norwegian skier Klebo speaks out against Russians in international sports

Norwegian skier Johannes Klebo said he still believes that Russian athletes should not be allowed to compete in international competitions. His words convey mountainbladet.

“It can’t be about coming back when you’re in conflict with someone else. This applies to anyone international. “I only speak for myself, but I don’t think I’m the only one who has this attitude,” Klebo said.

Recall that the International Ski Federation (FIS) decided to suspend Russian and Belarusian athletes from international competitions until the end of this season, at the request of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Klebo, 25, is a five-time Olympic champion, six-time world champion, three-time World Cup champion and two-time Tour de Ski champion.
