“How can you outbid someone, attract someone? This is a little stupid. He will transfer himself if he wants,” said Plushenko Jr.

Alexander was born on January 6, 2013. At the age of three, Plushenko Jr. moved to St. Petersburg with his father. He appeared on ice at the ice shows “The Snow King – 2” in St. Petersburg and “The Nutcracker” in Moscow. Since 2017, the skater has been training at the Plushenko Angels figure skating academy, opened by the two-time Olympic champion.

Under Tutberidze’s leadership, Trusova won the silver medal at the 2022 Olympic Games, losing to Svetlana Sokolovskaya in September of the same year. Kostornaya went to Elena Buyanova in the spring of 2022 and then switched to pair skating.
