facilities Real Club Regatas Alicante They hosted the third match of the season «100 SUMA Solidarity Shovels against breast cancer» A solidarity event that shows support for the group suffering from this disease through a rowing day and a round table. The Valencian Community Rowing Federation organized the event together with Real Club Regatas Alicante and the RemaVida association with the support of SUMA Gestión Tributaria.

The start signal was given at 9 am, with the first rounds of the fight being celebrated. Participants were divided into two categories: Brave, consisting of eight people who have overcome this disease and a helmsman in each boat; and Equals; At least one of the participants had to meet this requirement and the rest had to have an annual non-competition license. Finals were held in both categories starting from 12:00.

There were four teams of Equals and three teams of Braves in the test.They completed the approximately 400-meter course with their Falucho/Llaüt Valencià boats, a style specific to Levantine rowing.

The clubs participating in this day of solidarity were Club Deportivo Puerto de Alicante, Real Club Regatas Alicante, Club Rem Denia and Club Náutico Benidorm.

Round table
