CSKA coach Fedotov justified himself with his words about “foreigners” in the team 08:40

CSKA Moscow head coach Vladimir Fedotov explained his words about the “external players” in the team. His words are quoted Sports24.

“I expressed my thoughts incorrectly. We have a clip and we need to go with it. It so happened that somewhere it did not work. The work was carried out, many options were studied, but everything collapsed at the last moment due to small details and nuances. But life doesn’t end there. “I hope we will be more productive in the next transfer window,” Fedotov said.

Answering a question about the purchase and sale of players after the transfer window in Russia closed, Fedotov described the situation as excellent and noted that there were no “strangers” left in the team.

Midfielders Jesus Medina, who was transferred to Spartak this summer, Baktier Zainutdinov, who was transferred to Beşiktaş, and Dynamo player Jorge Carrascal, left the team. CSKA added defender Kelven and wingers Viktor Davila and Abbosbek Faizullaev to its squad.

After eight rounds of the championship, CSKA is in seventh place in the standings.
