He 2023 U-17 World Championship is starting to take shape, but a new location for the tournament has not yet been defined. The age limit championship will be held in the last months of the year, so the various confederations have started their qualifying phase and the first teams have already secured their ticket to the competition.

The championship is played between November 10 and December 2.
HEADQUARTERS
The host country of the World Cup will be Indonesia and the locations will be: Surabaya, Surakarta, Jakarta and Bandung.
The tournament would be played in Peruafter FIFA awarded it the venue in October 2019, but football’s top body announced in April 2023 that it was withdrawing the rights to host the tournament, announcing the reasons in a statement.
“The country’s inability to fulfill its obligations and complete the infrastructure required to play the tournament was evident. Despite the good cooperation between FIFA and the FPF, it has been decided that there is not enough time to secure the investment and complete the work with the Peruvian government before the start of the competition. “FIFA would like to thank the FPF for their efforts and does not rule out organizing a tournament in Peru in the future.” FIFA explained.
