The Apertura 2023 will have several double days and at GOAL we will tell you which ones.
The double days are common in MX competition and worldwide; They are becoming more and more common due to the number of international commitments the clubs face during the year and also the various tournaments that take place at the national team level during the summer. One or more weeks are allocated during each semester so that the teams play at least two games throughout the semester and period opened in 2023 will be no exception.
In the opening 2023 there will be more double rounds than those played in the previous tournament due to the scheduling of the Qatar 2022 World Cup, where extraordinary adjustments were made to complete the tournament in a timely manner, as determined by FIFA at the time.
