The official announcement of Luis Enrique’s appointment as coach of Paris Saint-Germain has been delayed amid talks between the French club and the current team’s coach, Christophe Galtier. Reported by RMC Sport.
According to the publication, Enrique is already interested in choosing the coaching staff to work at PSG, but the Parisians have yet to agree to terminate the deal with Galtier. His contract runs until the summer of 2024.
In 2022, Galtier was invited to head coach of PSG, signing a two-year employment contract. In the 2022/23 season, under his leadership, the capital’s team won the French championship.
