Freestyle Federation President: Athletes perceive coaches as service personnel

Alexei Kurashov, President of the Russian Freestyle Federation (FFR), commented on the incident in an open letter from freestyler Anastasia Tatalina to the Minister of Sports, complaining about the tribute from the FFR.
