NVIDIA closed its Russian office, which was confirmed in its Q3 2022 financial report. It says Russia accounted for 2% of total revenue and 4% of revenue for the gaming division.

NVIDIA considers these numbers to be “insignificant”. It is also reported that the company’s restructuring costs due to the closure of its Russian office amounted to $16 million. Previously, more than 300 people worked there.
In addition, the company emphasized that NVIDIA has completely ceased all business activities in Russia since October 2022. Whether support for existing products will continue is unknown.
NVIDIA opened its office in the country in 2003 and plans to close it became known a few months ago. It is not yet clear how this will affect the gaming video card market in the Russian Federation. Earlier we noted that RTX 4080 video cards appeared on the Russian market.
