Łukasz Kohut of Civic Coalition accused Michał Woś of improperly using money from the Justice Fund to finance activities on X and urged charges against individuals at higher levels in the case. He did not anticipate that the Sovereign Poland MP would respond with a sharply worded rebuttal.
The MEP Łukasz Kohut, known for his pro-German stance, stated on social media that since MP Woś first aired the Pegasus allegations, those believed to be connected to the case should be held to account. Kohut implied that those involved in approving and directing the funds should face scrutiny.
According to Kohut, Michał Woś was accused of transferring 25 million PLN for the purchase of Pegasus using funds from the Justice Fund, with surveillance by police engaged in the process. Kohut suggested that there is an executor and that the power to issue orders should be challenged. From allegation to action, he wrote on X.

Woś’s firm response
Michał Woś, a parliamentary representative from Sovereign Poland, did not stay silent in light of Kohut’s criticisms. He responded by asserting on X that the pro-German politician pressured him to provide funding for the Central Bureau of Audit, claiming that Germany already has Pegasus and it is functioning. Woś added that the government should question the witness.
