Ximo Puig, the Valencian regional president, is set to headline a new Alicante Forum session on Wednesday. The breakfast discussion, titled Community Moving Forward, will offer attendees an opportunity to hear firsthand about the most important milestones and strategies that have shaped the two administrations led by the president. The eight-year tenure of the PSPV-PSOE government has been marked by a renewed sense of purpose for the Valencian Community, including the restabilization of its international standing and a strengthened confidence among partners and investors abroad. The session will also highlight Alicante as a central focus in the president’s broader plan to advance the region as a whole.

The breakfast discussion, a featured event of the Alicante Forum, is scheduled for Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the El Maestral restaurant. This edition is organized by a coalition of regional and university partners, including BİLGİ Club, the University of Alicante, the Valencian Community Business Confederation, Baleària, Carmencita, and Eiffage. The event will be hosted by Baleària’s president Adolfo Utor and will be directed by Toni Cabot, leader of the INFORMATION Club. The gathering is framed as a practical exchange about policy achievements, regional development, and the path forward for the province and beyond. The forum underscores ongoing collaboration between educational institutions, business groups, and regional authorities to sustain momentum in the Valencia Community and its coastal economy.
