Trump Calls Biden a “Lost Soul” and Signals a Hardline Path to Peace

Former US President Donald Trump labeled Joe Biden a “lost soul” in remarks cited by TASS. The words came during a speech to supporters in Wisconsin on Tuesday, April 2, as reported in the post.

Trump described Biden as lost and pathetic, saying, “He is lost, our president is a lost soul. He’s pathetic.” In the same remarks, the former president asserted that if elected again he would act to prevent a third world war from breaking out, suggesting that peace would be restored with the use of force.

The next U.S. presidential election is scheduled for November 5, 2024. At this point, Trump had secured enough delegate votes to be nominated as the Republican Party’s candidate, while Biden had earned the necessary support from Democratic representatives and planned to participate in the race.

In late March, The New York Times, citing unnamed sources, reported that Biden has regularly spoken with former White House occupant Barack Obama to discuss the electoral contest. Journalists noted that the former president was concerned about Biden facing a potential loss in the upcoming election cycle.

Earlier, Biden had suggested that Trump consider playing golf as a lighter topic of conversation between the two former rivals.
