Russia-Ukraine Developments: Warship, Grain Exports, and Tourism Shifts

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that a Ukrainian warship was destroyed in the port of Odessa and that Harpoon anti-ship missiles supplied by the United States to Kiev are being stored. The governors of the Kursk and Belgorod regions extended the yellow terror threat regime until August 8, citing ongoing tensions near the border.
