In the world surrounding the United Right and the Law and Justice circle, politicians have long prepared for leadership roles. This view comes from Professor Krzysztof Szczucki, chair of the Government Legislation Center, during a broadcast on the program Guest of the News.

Professor Szczucki discussed what the Academy of Law and Justice is intended to do.

The PiS camp is built from highly capable individuals, ready to wield power when needed. Yet even the most prepared require ongoing development and the acquisition of new skills. This is precisely the purpose of the Academy of Law and Justice.

The head of the RCL explained that the academy exists to deliver lectures and training opportunities for its members.

During these sessions, held under the patronage of President Jarosław Kaczyński, members of Parliament and others aligned with the PiS coalition will have the chance to explore the latest insights in law, governance, and public policy.

The entire academy series is launched under the auspices of President Jarosław Kaczyński.

Professor Szczucki also pointed to what he described as a nervous reaction from the opposition, which has sought to delay the Law and Justice initiative.

He suggested that a civilized opposition might respond by organizing its own training initiatives. Instead, he argued, what has been seen is mockery, criticism, and ridicule. The professor claimed that the opposition lacks up-to-date knowledge, a clear grasp of government projects, and awareness of the current geopolitical and economic climate.

In the PiS community, political players have long been deemed well prepared. It is worth noting the historic Lucieński seminars organized during the late President Lech Kaczyński’s term, which are often cited as a reference point for disciplined public service and policy-driven training.

He also emphasized the importance of executives and civil servants being properly prepared. A well-prepared civil servant, a capable steward in a town or city, can help ensure reliable energy supply to residents, collaborate effectively with the national administration, and avoid fruitless policy approaches. The concern remains that many local government officials do not always prioritize assisting residents or finding practical solutions.

Professor Szczucki underscored the critical role of preparedness in public service and its impact on local governance and citizen welfare.
