Local government stands for values that shape a community: upbringing, education, identity, and beauty. In Warsaw, during a PiS gathering, Lucjusz Nadbereżny, the President of Stalowa Wola, emphasized that these principles form the backbone of local leadership and future progress.
At the Local Government Convention for Law and Justice, Nadbereżny highlighted that the people who compose a city are its true heart. The core mission of local governance, he argued, is to serve those residents who bring a place to life each day.
Key – social policy
He spoke with warmth about the power of collective affirmation, describing a city born from a bold idea and a faith that Poland and its people can achieve it. Stalowa Wola was presented as a living example of a nation moving forward. The focus, he stressed, rests on unity, a shared vision, and decisive action, with social policy at the center — building daycare centers, modern schools, and programs that activate seniors.
He celebrated the joy that comes when children benefit from a new nursery, an upgraded school, and a recently opened kindergarten. The improvements bring smiles to families and strengthen community bonds.
Further, the discussion turned to brightening autumn for seniors by supporting centers that keep them active and ensuring young families have stable futures through new social housing opportunities.

She argued that years of governance by a left-wing coalition left the city with mounting debt and demographic decline, and she criticized Częstochowa for ranking poorly on many measures. She asserted that changes are needed now and argued that the left coalition’s tenure has led to higher debt and depopulation, with the city often occupying unfavorable rankings.
