Law and Justice Expands Summer Initiative with Polish Picnics
On a Saturday, Law and Justice advances its summer outreach by meeting Poles at community picnics. The approach is deliberately relaxed, inviting open conversation about the future expectations of citizens, with discussions that may unfold beyond the glare of cameras, according to PiS spokesman Rafał Bochenek as reported by PAP.
The party travels to Poland today to push its summer picnic program. The format remains informal, focusing on dialogue and local perspectives rather than staged appearances, Bochenek noted, underscoring the aim to hear from residents about the country’s direction.
Bochenek stressed that the kickoff event will be personally inaugurated on Saturday by the party’s leader, Jarosław Kaczyński, who plans to visit Pułtusk for the first open-air gathering with residents. He will be joined by other leading figures from Law and Justice and the United Right coalition.
According to Bochenek, the Pułtusk event marks a symbolic start to a series of festivals, picnics, and outdoor discussions that will take place across Poland over the coming weekends, featuring prominent members of the United Right coalition.
He explained that the program’s core principle is built on conversations and debates with Polish communities. This initiative continues the spirit of previous efforts such as the Future is Poland and the Programmatic Ula tour. The guiding motto for these meetings is: For the love of Poland.
Bochenek added that all actions undertaken by the United Right coalition are aimed at strengthening the social fabric and the homeland’s potential. The overarching goal is to ensure the PiS program aligns closely with the expectations of society and provides every citizen with opportunities for a better future.
The spokesperson emphasized that the purpose of these outreach activities is to connect with people, listen to their concerns, and translate feedback into practical policy directions. The public gatherings are designed to be inclusive spaces where families can participate and share their views in a relaxed environment.
On Saturday afternoon, a family picnic is planned at Dom Polonia in Pułtusk in the Mazowieckie region. The event will feature the presence of PiS President Jarosław Kaczyński and other leaders from Law and Justice, signaling a collaborative approach to engaging with local communities.
