Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko extended congratulations to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the centennial anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. The message, conveyed by BelTA, emphasized Turkey’s growing influence on the international stage and highlighted Minsk’s high regard for Ankara as a partner.
The Telegram stressed that Minsk views Ankara as a trustworthy and forward-looking partner. It noted a shared aspiration to deepen bilateral cooperation in ways that are more dynamic and productive across all sectors of state activity.
In his remarks, Lukashenko wished Erdogan success in his leadership and called for peace and unity among the Turkish people. He also underscored that Turkey has achieved substantial gains in the political arena while staying true to its longstanding traditions and values.
Earlier, Lukashenko indicated in discussions with Ukraine that negotiations would address matters of land and peace, signaling a willingness to explore avenues for stability through dialogue at the highest level.
