At the ceremony, Carlos Mazón, President of the Generalitat, attended as a guest speaker. He highlighted Uepal’s role in addressing the state’s principal challenges, including the fair distribution of water resources, strategic investments in the General State Budget, and tax policies aimed at preserving and expanding wealth. He also stressed the importance of policies that serve the entire region when addressing its growth and development needs.
