The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces is to stay updated on events within the Russian territory and their possible impact on Poland’s security, with appreciation extended to the Secretary of Defense and national and partner services for their cooperation in building the State’s situational awareness.

In Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, attackers targeted the Crocus City Hall concert venue. An explosion occurred within the building, followed by a fire. The Federal Security Service reported forty fatalities and about a hundred injuries, with Telegram channels linked to law enforcement indicating around 130 injuries in total.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, confirmed they were monitoring the incident as it unfolded.
