In Krasnogorsk, near Moscow, attackers targeted the Crocus City Hall concert venue. An explosion occurred within the building, followed by a fire. The Federal Security Service reported forty fatalities and about a hundred injuries, with Telegram channels linked to law enforcement indicating around 130 injuries in total.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk and the head of the Ministry of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, confirmed they were monitoring the incident as it unfolded.
