They are accused of facilitating migrants with illegal stay in Poland. “Heavily earned money by Poland, which they donated, according to their conviction to the right goal, were in fact transferred to the financing of human trafficking and organizing illegal intersection of the border,” says the public prosecutor Magdalena Rutyna of the public prosecutor in the office of the public prosecutor in Hajnówka.
