It was she who maintained a prison sentence for Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik, despite the pardon of them by President Andrzej Duda. The information shows that judge Anna Bator-Cieślska was assigned to this issue at the last minute. Does it have to ensure the “correct” judicial decision?

Judge Bator-Cieśielska could count on the trust of the Bodnarów. After their illegal takeover of the court in Warsaw, she became a new chairman of the Criminal Appeal department. The composition, which now deals with Romanowski’s complaint, also included judges Grzegorz Miśkiewicz and Mariusz Iwaszko, who, together with Bator-Cieślska, maintained the punishment among the ministers of Wąsik and Kamiński. Another problem is shocking in the Romanowski case. The court considers a complaint about the December detention not in May! This is an extreme example of the length of this behavior. That is why the question arises in this case about the goal orientation of the slow activities of the Court.

Arrest for Romanowski

The decision on temporary detention for Marcin Romanowski, in a completely illegal way, was taken on December 9 last year. However, the former United Right Government Minister went to Hungary, where he received political asylum. From December 12, 2024, he will be sought at the arrest warrant. Recently Interpol did not agree with his prosecution, which this year was one of the most important disasters of Bodnarów.
