It is high time to shorten the working time of Polish and Poland, of course while retaining the same level of reimbursement
-Aid Dziemianowicz-bąk.
The change is preceded by a voluntary pilot for different employers.
This will be the first pilot of the short working time in our part of Europe
– She noticed. Among other things, it must be aimed at companies, local government units, foundations and trade unions. The basic condition for participation in the program is guaranteed the same compensation for employees. Different models of shortening time will be tested, for example reduction of working hours on certain days or reducing working days per week.
In the first year, the PLN pilot will be allocated 10 million of the Labor Fund.
The decision to implement the Dziemianowicz-Bąk program was justified by the current analyzes of the Ministry of Labor, which shows that, among other things, less than eight hours of working time, translates into a better health condition of employees, less risk of burnout, limiting disease and rare mistakes at work.
The shortened working time has no negative influence on the financial results of companies

She emphasized that shortening the working time is a condition that is desired by posts, but only while retaining the same salary. She noted that currently more than 60 percent. Respondents explain support for such a change.

It is absurd that the state wants to combine a top -down shortening of working hours, while retaining the same wage. Each company can accept such a model itself if it considers it suitable.
