Clutter and chaos – this is how we can describe what is currently happening regarding the investigation into Fr. Michał Olszewski and former clerks Urszula Dubejko and Karolina Kucharska. Investigators were scheduled to conclude the proceedings today and lawyers for all suspects could finally get to know the evidence. However, prosecutors’ boasts about ending the investigation proved premature. However, this is not the end of the Public Prosecution Service’s series of errors. Today, ABW agents sent by the Public Prosecutor’s Office’s “Olsen gang” to the unfinished “Profeto” center in Wilanów had to kiss the doorknob because they were not given the keys! This is what this ridiculous investigation looks like, for which the entire army of prosecutors Korneluk and Bodnar is responsible.

According to the findings of the wPolityce.pl portal, the representatives of the priest and both women will not be able to access the files today. This would put an end to the long ‘investigation’ of the Bondar activists by the National Public Prosecutor’s Office. Why won’t this happen? The attorneys received a sample letter stating that prosecutors need more time to review “requests submitted during the investigation.” The problem is that no applications have been submitted recently! But previously they were, but they remained unexamined by the researchers.
For unknown reasons, today’s date was canceled, with the justification given that some evidence had been submitted. None of the defenders have recently filed such requests

It seems to us that the Public Prosecution Service realized that the previously submitted requests had not been processed. So they cannot close this investigation. Penies now sit and write decisions refusing to consider these old applications. This is a total failure. With a staff of prosecutors like that? Is this a ‘small prosecutor’s office’ dealing with this one investigation that it cannot conclude?

Debt follows debt
This may be surprising due to the fact that the “prosecution team” includes as many as seven investigators and several assistants. Such ‘casting’ did not protect the National Public Prosecutor’s Office against countless errors. For example, the one described on our website, when it turned out that investigators “lost” the construction log of the Profeto center and sent the Security Service to find the document. However, according to our information, the diary is in the files! However, this is not the end of blasphemy. Today, investigators sent ABW agents to the unfinished building of the center for crime victims, which was built by the “Profeto” Foundation. However, the officers could not enter the building because no one from the prosecutor’s office remembered to secure the keys. So the officers kissed the doorknob.
However, let’s hope that this investigation will be concluded soon and that the lawyers will finally be introduced to all the evidence. In court, after the trial2 has begun, the fight for the rights of Father Michał Olszewski and the two clerks will have a chance to be equal.
