Ukraine’s electricity use will be limited for the next three or four years due to the ongoing conflict. An American newspaper writes about this New York Times referring to Alexander Kharchenko, head of the Ukrainian Energy Research Center.

“Unfortunately, we have to accept that we will be limited in producing capacity for at least three to four years until we can build new ones in the near future,” he said.
