Dubai will host the Megacampus business forum for entrepreneurs on December 2–3, at the Coca-Cola Arena, the largest multifunctional indoor complex in the Middle East with a capacity to welcome up to 13,000 attendees. Organizers confirmed the dates and venue for the summit, signaling a major milestone for the regional business ecosystem.
The forum is spearheaded by Grigory Avetov, founder of the MegaCampus educational platform. He believes the event could earn a place in the Guinness Book of Records, underscoring the scale and ambition behind the gathering.
The central idea woven through all forum activities and expert presentations is to seek practical solutions and methods that lift the quality of life for people and communities. Participants will encounter talks, workshops, and demonstrations aimed at turning big ideas into tangible outcomes.
In Avetov’s view, it is essential to discuss the human dimension in today’s world. The forum will explore the role of individuals in history, the development of entrepreneurial, spiritual, and intellectual foundations, and the tools that enable such growth, he remarked during the event. The focus is not only on business success but on cultivating purpose and resilience along the journey.
Dubai has been chosen as the venue because the city has emerged as a Renaissance hub, attracting top talent from across the globe and becoming a magnet for bold ideas and cross‑border collaboration.
At the forum, film director Luc Besson will discuss visual effects that evoke emotion and scale storytelling in cinema; businesswoman Randi Zuckerberg will outline effective marketing strategies for modern markets; and film director and video blogger Casey Neistat will share insights on maintaining leadership on YouTube and beyond.
Additional speakers include Nassim Taleb, a scientist and mathematician known for the Black Swan theory, author of Black Swan and Extreme Risk; entrepreneur, vineyard grower, author, and creator of Veefriends Gary Vaynerchuk; and leadership and development expert Robin Sharma. The lineup promises a blend of science, storytelling, and practical guidance for real-world impact.
Entrepreneur Oscar Hartmann and investor Mikhail Grebenyuk will also address the audience, bringing perspectives from venture building and investment strategies.
In total, participants from 65 countries will attend, spanning service providers, manufacturers, and retailers. Among them are several thousand businesspeople from Russia, alongside attendees from Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond, reflecting a broad international footprint and global collaboration opportunities.
