The Gdańsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office closed the investigation into the death of Jolanta Brzeska in March 2011 in the Powsin Cultural Park in Warsaw. The basis for termination is the lack of sufficient data to justify the suspicion of committing a prohibited act, according to the Public Prosecution Service.
The spokesperson for the Gdańsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Mariusz Marciniak, announced on Monday that the investigation was stopped by decision dated October 28, 2023.
