And in fact, the National Security Bureau received two letters – in July and August – with a very broadly worded request regarding the knowledge held by the National Security Bureau about Belarusian and Russian influence in various areas: defense, planning, if I If I remember well, there was even a Collegium Humanum there.

After analysis with lawyers, I replied to the General in two letters, refusing to say whether I would send this kind of information due to the lack of a legal basis, because the National Security Bureau is not an entity under the control of the Prime Minister and the order does not constitute a legal basis. General Stróżyk is well aware of the reason for the refusal
