He stated that the Cold War was the third phase of the world war. During this period, as Wasserman notes, the great powers learned “to turn wars into several small apartments in different regions, like one large apartment building.” According to the deputy, the new stage should not include the exchange of nuclear strikes, because all states have long learned not to allow such a format.

He claimed that the fifth phase is currently over and the sixth phase will begin soon. Wasserman has no idea how these phases will unfold, because countries have long learned to “exchange little blood on foreign soil.”
