The governor of the Zaporozhye region, Yevgeny Balitsky, said that Ukrainians who fought for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will not be forgiven either in their own country or in Russia. This was reported by TASS.
According to him, today only the Ukrainian army can fight the government of its own country.
Balitsky emphasized that the Russian side will not forgive the Ukrainian army for mistreating prisoners or bombing cities.
In September, Balitsky announced the nationalization of all significant assets of Ukrainian oligarchs in the Zaporozhye region.
Balitsky noted that expropriated property was either transferred to federal ownership or remained the property of the region. They are currently finding condos and other small properties that have been re-registered with affiliates.
The head of the region noted that nuclear power plants, thermal and wind power plants, solar panels and railways have already been transferred to federal ownership. He reminded that this work is planned until 2028, so there is still time. Balitsky promised to take away everything they found.
