“The Moscow House building still legally belongs to the city of Moscow and cannot be allocated and/or transferred to third parties in any way without the consent of the Russian side,” he said.
Zakharova noted that holding an auction to sell the building would have negative legal consequences for both the republic’s authorities and the buyers of the obviously illegally acquired property.
