A new indictment against former US President Donald Trump has been filed in a Washington court, it was reported with reference to special counsel Jack Smith. RIA Novosti.
The indictment alleges that Trump aimed to remain in power despite losing the election. To do so, the former president spent more than two months after the election spreading lies that the vote was fraudulent, when in fact he won.
A similar case is currently being heard in a Washington court, as part of which Trump has been accused of the same things.
