Michał Szczerba’s allegations
The lawsuit concerns the words of Michał Szczerba, which he spoke on RMF FM on August 9.
This is also the subject of the State Agency for Strategic Reserves (…). Arrests are also taking place there. The director of RARS was also temporarily arrested. The problem is that Morawiecki’s people fled abroad, just as the director of the NCBR, after his dismissal following my inspection of Mr Joński, went to Switzerland and did not appear in Poland and is not available to the prosecutor’s office. In the same way, we know that Michał Kuczmierowski, the president of the State Agency for Strategic Reserves, is in the Turkish part of Cyprus and it is no longer a secret – because the entire Agency is talking about it – he is avoiding interrogations, law enforcement agencies, and the possibility of probably incriminating Morawiecki, Dworczyk and all those who pulled the strings in this state agency

PiS MP Piotr Muller commented on the whole situation on social media, noting that a team of lawyers is being created whose goal will be to investigate the “nonsense” created by Civic Platform politicians and draw consequences.
