US President Joe Biden said during his speech at the national Democratic Party convention in Chicago that Democratic candidate Kamala Harris would “never bow down” to Russian President Vladimir Putin if he wins the presidential election.
“I have never bowed down, and I promise you Kamala Harris will never bow down,” Biden said.
He added that the current US administration has succeeded in uniting Europe and preventing China’s technological backwardness.
