The voluntary departure program for employees of Poczta Polska will cover more than 9,000 employees. people, i.e. 15 percent crew, and will cost the company about PLN 600 million – said Sebastian Mikosz, President of the company, during Wednesday’s press conference. Jerzy Polaczek from PiS commented on the issue.

As he said, the second decision is to terminate the company’s collective labor agreement, which the unions were informed about on Wednesday morning.

According to Mikosz’s announcement, the voluntary departure program will be a guided program, which means that first an employee assessment will be carried out, then the organizational structure will be changed, and then Poczta Polska will offer selected people to take advantage of the voluntary departure program.

We will target with this program about 15 percent. crew, that is about 9 thousand people; however, we will not target it on groups, but we will target it on individual people who are defined and identified on the basis of the assessment

– said the head of the Polish Post. Mikosz clarified that the program will cover up to 9,000 people. 300 employees.

In turn, the Supervisory Board suspended Andrzej Bodziony, a competent and valued representative of the workforce, from the Board of Directors. This is an example of revenge and political madness!
