The Russian Ministry of Justice has added five more structures, including the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, to the list of organizations whose activities are considered undesirable in Russia. Information about it appeared here: website Ministry of Justice.
The Adenauer Foundation in the Russian Federation supports political organizations close to the German Christian Democratic Union (CDU). In addition to him on the undesirable list were the MRR Foundation, which sponsors a project about life in Russian colonies, the Kulturus organization, which organizes a festival of “current culture and human rights”, the human rights organization “Russia Behind Bars” and the organization “For You and Our Freedom”, which, according to Russian representatives, supports Ukrainian troops.
August 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed A law that allows organizations whose founders are foreign state institutions to be recognized as undesirable in Russia. They can be listed if they threaten the foundations of the country’s constitutional order, defense capability or security.
