“In my haste, I didn’t really listen to what was coming from the stage. But as soon as I entered the crowd, I was hit by a cry: ‘I guess Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz is going somewhere, is that right?’ There he goes!!!’. Then came the chorus: Fuck off…! Get the fuck away…! Get the fuck away…! Get the fuck away…! Get the fuck away…! – Mrs. Marta shouted in a raised voice and supported by the sound system.” – reports yesterday’s events in the presence of the Sejm, “Newsweek” journalist Jacek Gądek, who was wrongly considered by pro-abortion activists led by Marta Lempart to be… Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
The aggression of the Women’s Strike and similar organizations has recently focused on one of the groups that make up the ruling coalition: PSL. As a result of the votes and public statements of the People’s Party on ideological issues, in one of the favorite slogans of smiling Poland: “j… PiS” three stars, which denote the abbreviation of the name of the former ruling party, have been replaced by… the characteristic PSL clovers. Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of National Defense, is likely to be hit the hardest.
“Mrs. Lempart insisted that I get the hell out of here…
However, during yesterday’s protest in front of the Sejm, the PSL leader was attacked by… Newsweek journalist Jacek Gądek, who from a distance apparently resembled Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in front of the representatives of feminist and pro-abortion organizations. Gądek described the whole situation on the X website.
Too funny but true: How I became a Kosiniak and Mrs. Lempart insisted I “fuck off…”
– he started his entry.
As the journalist reported, he was standing in front of the Sejm last night, wanting to reach the planned meeting. He came across a Women’s Strike demonstration, where one of the organization’s leaders, Marta Lempart, raised her “traditional slogans” from the podium.
There weren’t many people at the demonstration, but I had to fight my way through it. I walked very close to the stage. And then through the whole crowd. Coat, shirt—I had to look decent enough for the meeting, although there was no guarantee that it would end in a manner consistent with such elegance.
– we read in the message.
“Am I acting here on behalf of Kosiniak?!”
As we will learn later, in his haste, Gądek did not listen particularly attentively to the shouts coming from the stage.
But as soon as I entered the crowd, I was struck by a cry: “Apparently, Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz is going somewhere here, is that right? There he goes!!!” – Mrs. Marta noticed. Then there was the chorus: Fuck off…! Get the fuck away…! Get the fuck away…! Get the fuck away…! Get the fuck away…! – Mrs. Marta spoke, her voice raised and supported by the sound system. I think: where is Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz!? This is interesting: Kosiniak provokes the demonstrators and Mrs. Marta, known for her strong expression. Our head of the Ministry of National Defense is both courageous and careless at the same time – his provocation is excessive
– wrote the journalist, who continued to quickly make his way through the crowd to the rhythm of shouts of “zero…”, directed at Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz, who still could not see Gądek.
But I see something else: people see me. I pass people and they look at me. Some are suspicious. Others with a smile. Strange. “Fuck off…! Get the fuck away…!” – the mantra doesn’t stop. Loud and straight from the heart of Mrs. Marta. It begins to dawn on me that Mrs. Marta wanted to chase Kosiniak away because… she confused me with the Deputy Prime Minister. Someone told her seconds earlier (wrongly) that the Deputy Prime Minister of PSL would come. I think: I am doing Kosiniak’s job here!? Is this really happening?
– he wrote, admitting that he might have looked somewhat like the chairman of the Polish People’s Party.
When the journalist continued to push his way through the crowd, Marta Lempart advised him (or rather the head of the Ministry of National Defense, who was absent at the time) to… leave for PiS and Konfederacja. The leaders of the Women’s Strike continued to “single” Kosiniak-Kamysz, who was absent from the protest, and eventually one of Marta Lempart’s companions concluded that “Tygrysek had already escaped” and invited the participants of the demonstration to plaster the politician’s parliamentary offices with Women’s Clothing. Strike posters.
I asked Mrs. Marta the next day (that is, today) where she had seen Kosiniak at this demonstration. She said that he was there, apparently he was there and he was provocative, because he walked through the whole crowd, but… she did not see him with her own eyes. It is strange, because during the demonstration she pointed and said: “here she goes!” I also asked the Ministry of Defense. Discreetly, unofficially. It turns out that the deputy prime minister at 19 with minutes was not there. He was in Polsat, just before the interview. Well, the man does not have the gift of bilocation. Nobody recorded the real Kosiniak because he was not there. I was not recorded either, because probably everyone could see from close up that I was not the deputy prime minister
– stressed Gadek, who also assured that he did not feel any threat, but was glad that he had a “front diktat”.
It can be “funny”, but on the other hand it is tragic. Because when in Poland, which due to its location on the map and the current situation in the east should have a strong army and stable authorities, far-left “activists” shouted “fuck…” at the Minister of National Defense, shouted insults and ridiculed the man responsible for the Polish army, including its morale, and the coalition partners and the Prime Minister himself did not react in any way, it does not look good. At the same time, it is difficult to feel sorry for Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, and we can only ask what he expected when he again entered into a coalition with Donald Tusk.
