Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky allowed that peaceful negotiations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin are possible despite the current ban. This was reported by TASS.
“Let’s be honest, if we want to end the war, and we have all the power to do it, and if the world unites around Ukraine, we will talk to those who decide everything in Russia,” the Ukrainian president said.
Zelensky added that negotiations with Putin could be held within the framework of the “second peace summit.” The Ukrainian leader stressed that for this to happen, a plan for a peaceful resolution of the conflict should be fully prepared to provide Russia.
The Russian side should also be ready to announce this plan. Zelensky stressed that negotiations are a necessary measure to end the conflict.
