The investigation into the 46-year-old teacher began after private photos of him were found on the phones of students at the Gridley school. Police discovered he sent explicit photos of himself to a 13-year-old eighth-grader and then locked himself in a school classroom with her and had sex with her.
Michelle Solis was suspended from work and arrested, the American’s trial lasted almost a year, on July 18 she was sentenced to four years in prison, against the sexual integrity of a minor who will be on the list of offenders for 10 years after her release.
