The former head of the Ministry of National Defense commented on the regrettable detention of MP Romanowski the day before yesterday, as well as on his dismissal due to his immunity from Reda Europa.
Total shame for Donald Tusk and his team because we were dealing with clear violations of the law, which we have been dealing with since the very beginning under the rule of the December 13 Coalition. This time, for the first time, the court admitted that Donald Tusk’s team violated the law

This places Poland on the level of Russia or Belarus in terms of standards of respect for human rights and international law. The day before yesterday’s detention, due to immunity, which is connected with the privilege of inviolability, I will file a complaint together with lawyer Bartosz Lewandowski in connection with unlawful deprivation of liberty and abuse of power under art. 231. The total penalty for such acts is ten years in prison. The report will concern people who made decisions in this area, that is, prosecutors from team No. 1, who are investigating the role of Roman Giertych in this case

There is no doubt that these people knew at the right time that they were entitled to this immunity, and they tried to carry out these actions, to make accusations, to make arrests in order to escape an objective assessment of these false accusations that they were trying to carry out. to imagine. If we are dealing with an organized criminal group, then it is on the side of the people who committed illegal deprivations of liberty and brought shame on the Polish state.

Pathological action of bodnarists
MP Zbigniew Bogucki stated that the entire operation surrounding the arrest of MP Romanowski was full of political pathology.
The losers, as the coalition of December 13 should be called, gave a concert yesterday about the lack of freedom of choice. They showed how the law should not be applied. I think you can safely call it pathology. What seemed to those in power that the source of law is Donald Tusk, then Roman Giertych, then the Attorney General, and finally these opinions, which in many cases, like this one, are written to order – this is pathology

There was talk about notifications. Yes, as a team we will file them under Art. 189, that is, unlawful deprivation of liberty. We have no doubt that the court ruled yesterday that MP Romanowski has immunity. This is also Art. 231, that is, abuse of power, because all those who participated in this decision-making process on detention and the application for provisional arrest were fully aware from the beginning that the action was completely illegal.

Bogucki also stated that the independence of the prosecutor’s office was destroyed, resulting in the loss of Poland’s image and confidence in the judicial system.
If we look at the statements of the person who takes over the position of the national prosecutor, Mr. Korneluk, who a few days earlier, before his arrest and before he lifted his immunity, said on one of the radio stations that if Romanowski is detained, we will file a request for his arrest. Where is the independence of the prosecutor’s office, where is the right to defense? Even before any activities with MP Romanowski, the PK usurper had already judged that there would be a request for temporary arrest
